    Molding machine cold pressing molding machine. We often call it cold pressed sintering molding. The difference between it and general compression molding is to promote pressurized molding at room temperature. The molded product can be reheated or solidified by chemical action. This method is generally used for molding PTFE materials and for some high temperature resistant plastics such as polyimides. The general process is from the three processes of billet sintering and cooling.
     
    The cup machine is used to transfer molding. This kind is a kind of molding method of thermosetting plastic, when molding, the mold plastic is heated and softened in the heating chamber, and then pressed into the heated mold cavity. The cup making machine passes the molding according to the different equipment and will divide the bonus of different types of work: 1. Plate type; 2 tank type; 3 plunger type.
     
    The requirement for plastic to transfer molding is that before the curing temperature is not reached, the plastic should have a larger activity. After the curing temperature, it must have a faster curing rate. Phenolic resin, melamine formaldehyde and epoxy resin that can meet this requirement.
     
    The transfer molding has the following advantages: (1) less waste products and reduced processing quantity; 2) can mould products with fine or breakable insert and perforation, and can adhere to the correct position of embedded parts and holes; 3. Products have uniform function, accurate scale and high quality; and the wear of die is small. The defects are: 5. The production cost of the mould is higher than that of the tight mold; 6. The plastic loss is large; and the fiber reinforced plastic is anisotropic because of the fiber orientation; the plastic around the embedded parts will sometimes decrease the strength of the products because of the infirm melt press.
     
    The cup machine is molded in low pressure. Use the pressure or lamination method of forming pressure equal to or less than 1.4 MPa.
     
    Low pressure molding is used to make reinforced plastic products. Enhance data such as glass fiber, textile, asbestos, paper, carbon fiber and so on. Most of the commonly used resins are thermosetting, such as phenolic, epoxy, amino, unsaturated polyester, silicone and other resins.

    Bag pressure molding. According to different ways of causing fluid pressure, they can be divided into pressurized bag molding, vacuum bag molding and autoclave molding.

    Extrusion molding. Extrusion molding, also known as kneading molding or extrusion, is a way to make the material pass through the die in a continuous manner after heating and pressurizing in the extruder.
     
    Extrusion is used primarily for thermoplastic molding and for certain thermosets. The extruded products are continuous sections, such as pipes, rods, wires, plates, films, wire and cable cladding, etc. In addition, it can also be used for plastic mixing, plasticizing, granulation, coloring and blending.
     
    The extruder is made up of extrusion equipment, transmission mechanism, heating and cooling system. There are two types of extruders: screw type (single screw and multi screw) and plunger type. The extrusion process of the former is continuous and the latter is intermittent.
     
    The basic structure of Single Screw Extruder mainly includes transmission equipment, feeding equipment, barrel, screw, die and die.
     
    The auxiliary equipment of the extruder has three kinds of materials, such as material delivery and drying, extrusion processing equipment (setting, cooling, traction, cutting or roll) and production condition control equipment.
